Enjoy a day out at the races by rounding up your friends or work colleagues and bringing your own gazebo! Now located closer to the winning post you really are in the thick of the action!
Your Gazebo site will be a minimum of 3m x 6m located at the 100m mark. You’ll have access to the Grandstand, and access to your own toilets and bar within the confines of the Gazebo area! You’re welcome to self cater, you can even bring the kitchen sink - just leave the booze at home! Food and Beverages will be available for purchase at the container bar located in your area
A gazebo site can hold a maximum of 15 people so make sure to buy the amount of sites you need
*There is no GA cost on this day, so you just pay for the Gazebo Site!
To Note
- Bring your own Gazebo
- 1 Site can comfortably hold a maximum of 15 persons. If you have more than this we ask you purchase another site
- If you purchase more than 1 Site they will be reserved/placed next to each other
- No GA tickets required
- You can set up your site between 1pm and 5pm on the Friday 20th December, or prior to 9.30am on Saturday 21st December (no vehicle access after 9.30am until after the last race)
- Security will be onsite during the day but all goods are left at site holders risk. Waikato Thoroughbred Racing take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property
- Security will check all chilly bins, containers etc to ensure no alcohol is brought on premise.
- Any goods left on Saturday evening must be removed by 10am on Sunday
