Enjoy a day out at the races by rounding up your friends or work colleagues and bringing your own gazebo! Located along the fence line at the 100m mark you really are in the thick of the action! Your allocated gazebo site will be a 3m x 6m site so we recommend having a 3m x 3m gazebo with some space at the front. You will have toilets and a bar located within the confines of the gazebo area! You will have access to the Public Village GA area for food and beverages, or simply go there to enjoy the music. You’re welcome to self cater - just leave the booze at home!
To Note
- Bring your own Gazebo
- Each person attending is required to purchase a $25 The Grand Tour General Admission Ticket to gain entry to the course (on sale from Friday 30th August)
- One site can comfortably hold a maximum of 15 persons. If you have more than this we ask you purchase another site. If you purchase more than one site they will be reserved/placed next to each other
- You can set up your site between 1pm and 5pm on Friday 13th December
- Security will be onsite Friday and Saturday but all goods are left at site holders risk. Waikato Thoroughbred Racing take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property
- Security will check all chilly bins, containers etc to ensure no alcohol is brought on premise.
- Any goods left on Saturday evening must be removed by 10am on Sunday 15th December
